Suggestibility tests

In this podcast I have a recordeing from a live training. Play along as if you were there. In this excersise you are going to see how suggestions made can effect your body, This is done in a good way. I think that the one important point to take away from this is that giving your body the correct suggestions is important. For example what you say to your body and mind when you wake up may not be the best message. So start to take notice and control on what you say to your self.

There are three exercise that i want you to try.  The book and balloon, The finger vice and the Sway test.

Each test is a process of listening to the suggestions and accepting them and see the results.
